Shipping policy

The turn around time for orders is generally pretty fast, so if you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch the order before it ships.

Before the essences &/or oils have been shipped, we will require full payment. Most orders will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship via USPS First Class & Priority Mail. 

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local duty charges by your government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

BiolumenEssence LLC is not responsible for any associated import fees that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges are BEFORE placing your order. Estimated international shipping time is 4-10 days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

BiolumenEssence LLC is not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
