Refund policy

If, upon receiving your order, an item is damaged, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item at no cost to you.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item & would like to return it, we accept UNOPENED products within 30 days of the date it was originally shipped. Shipping fees to return the item to us is your responsibility.

Please contact us at julie@biolumenessence.com for a Return Authorization Number before returning any product.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund, minus the initial shipping cost. 

Custom blends are non-refundable.
