Ah, September...the expansiveness of summer is beginning to turn inward, the days are noticeably shorter, and we are starting to feel fall in the air. Unlike spring & summer, with the fresh, vibrant blooms of flowers & fruits, fall invites us to let go, and be fully in the authentic (and maybe not so beautiful) process of our next phase of evolution. Plants are offering up their seeds, for a promise of life in the future. Our outdoor gardens will soon start to look tired, withered and yet content with the delicious bounty they have provided us.Ā
Nature has a way of reflecting the seasons of our own livesā¦and I canāt help but notice that many of us are feeling tired, defeated, frustrated & uninspiredā¦and yet, I would bet that itās from navigating a period of tremendous growth, beauty & bounty, if we choose to see it that way. So just trust, that the seeds of new beginnings & promises of brighter days are inherent in the very fabric of your being, waiting to be planted again when the time is right.
