Insights from Hydrangea

Insights from Hydrangea

There is so much that can be said about *everything* right now. I’ve been finding myself escaping the insanity of the world around us, by being outside, with my hands in the dirt, connecting with the wonder & beauty all around us this time of year. It instantly brings me back to the present moment, and grounds me into what is real. The other day I was pruning a Hydrangea that had become stifled with an abundance of old, dead stems. The delicate green growth emerging from the ground below, was struggling to make its way through the dense obstacles before it. It was a potent reminder, to cut back & let go of all the dead weight we are carrying that stifles our growth, that prevents us from emerging into the light - the old stories, beliefs & stuff we carry around, that are inhibiting us from blooming into our full expression.

What is one thing that you can remove/release/prune/weed out of your life, that’ll have you feeling free and unencumbered? Maybe it is a story you keep telling yourself, a belief you’ve carried for a long time, a food you consume that doesn’t feel so great in your body, a person you’ve been spending time with that is toxic to your well-being, a habit you’d like to break…whatever it is, we support you in letting it go & allowing the next level of growth & beauty to emerge.
