CUSTOMER SERVICE

SHIPPING:

Orders are generally processed in 1-2 business days. If you have a large order or a custom order, please allow for a couple of extra days for processing.  All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail - orders of 3 bottles or less are shipped via First Class Mail. Delivery is generally 3-4 business days, depending on your location.

Packages are trackable. Upon shipping, your tracking number will be emailed to you. It will also be linked to your account so you can track your package once you log in. To obtain your tracking number, visit My Account and click on Orders ~ your tracking number & link to track your package is on this page. If for some reason your tracking number isn't showing up (after 3 business days) please contact us and we will be happy to provide it for you. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We can ship your order internationally via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please contact us, as shipping costs will vary depending on the weight & destination of your order. Please know that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred once your order leaves our facility.

RETURN POLICY:

  • If, upon receiving your order, an item is damaged, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item at no cost to you.

  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong item & would like to return it, we accept UNOPENED products within 3 weeks of the date it was originally shipped. Shipping fees to return the item to us is your responsibility. Please contact us for a Return Authorization so we are aware that you are returning the product.

  • Custom blends are non-refundable.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER 

If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at julie@biolumenessence.com or call us at (203) 514-8787 The turn around time for orders is generally pretty fast, so please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch the order before it ships. If it ships before we hear from you, please just refuse the delivery when it arrives. 

COUPON CODES:

Coupon codes do not apply to our custom blends, collections, kits or the or the Oracle Trio. There is a discount already built into the price on our collections - if you have a coupon code which is for a greater discount than the built in discounted price, feel free to order each of those items individually, and use the coupon code that you have, when checking out. 

WHOLESALE INFORMATION:

To set up an account, please fill out the wholesale application HERE  Upon receiving your application we will send you a wholesale price list, our wholesale policy  and a code that you can use when ordering online.
